Your data

Delete your account.

Close your PaceGuard account and erase everything we hold about you. No survey, no phone call, no retention offer.

What gets deleted

  • Your identity — sign-in account, e-mail address and name.
  • Your devices — every watch you registered, its session and its push token.
  • Your location history — every fix, trail and breadcrumb, on every device.
  • Your emergencies — SOS events, fall alerts, the positions shared with them and the replies you got.
  • Your places — home zones, saved routes, waypoints, offline map regions and weather areas.
  • Your people — family connections in both directions, plus any invites you sent or received.
  • Your account records — avatar, notifications, API keys, subscription and purchase records, and diagnostic logs.

What this does not do

It does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Google holds that, not us, and only you can cancel it — in the Play Store under Payments & subscriptions. Cancel it there first, or you will keep being billed for an account that no longer exists.

Invoices held by our payment providers (Google Play, Mollie) stay with them for as long as tax law requires. We delete our own copies.

Deleting some of it instead

If you only want to clear your tracks, you don’t need to close the account. From the dashboard you can delete individual fixes, whole trails, single devices and home zones, and location history is automatically erased once it passes the retention window.

Can’t sign in?

Deletion needs proof that the account is yours, and signing in is that proof. If you have lost access to the account, mail privacy@paceguard.io from the address on the account and we will handle it by hand, within 30 days.
